ANTONIO HOYE
BETSY DELZER
Consulting Partner: Betsy Delzer is a culture change coach and consultant with twenty-five years of experience in public education. First as a teacher, then a coach, coordinator, and administrator, Betsy focuses coaching and skill-training on strategies for building emotional intelligence that deeply impact the climate of classrooms and culture of teams. She is a national and international speaker on topics surrounding transformational leadership, EQ in schools, and coaching optimally functioning teams.
Consulting Partner: Antonio Hoye is an experienced administrator, family liaison, coach, mentor, and national and international public speaker with over 15 years in public education. His work centers on racial justice and youth empowerment, with deep expertise in designing and facilitating impactful training on student leadership, restorative practices, and youth development. Antonio is a trusted coach and counselor who supports the recruitment, growth, and retention of educators and leaders of color, helping schools build stronger, more inclusive communities. In addition to his leadership in education, he serves as a football and basketball coach.
